Oceana II 8203 Atlantic Ave Ocean City Md 21842 This condo has it all, 7th floor views up and down the beach.High Speed WIFI- Full kitchen with all the amenities, dinning table that seats 4 and 3 stools located at kitchen granite bar. The master suite has it own bathroom dual sinks large stand up shower and king bed located direct ocean front with balcony access from 6 foot patio door. The guest bedroom is located on the rear of the condo featuring 2 queen beds with large storage drawers located at foot of bed along with a tall chest drawer and closet. Both bedrooms have a 42 inch LED TV with cable. Guest bathroom has a tub and shower for children glass doors and dual sinks. Both bathrooms are tile from floor to ceiling.Living room is located direct ocean front along with balcony access from the 2 patio door. Living room features full queen sofa sleeper love seat 50 inch plasma TV with cable. There is a full size washer and dryer located in this unit. Ocean II is in mid-town OC easy access to both north and south end of OC. Oc has so much to offer from probably one of the largest and nicest beaches on the eastern sea board to dinning, golf, amusement parks, legendary boardwalk and of course Jamaica USA Secrets bar, restaurant and nite club.

This was our first vacation as a new family of four (3 month old and 3 year old), and we had a magical time. We brought our own pack and play, and everything we needed for the baby; there was plenty of room in the master. The view is incredible, and being able to sit outside while the kiddos went to bed early with a glass (or two) of wine was amazing. We will book again in the future!

This was our second year staying in this condo. It’s very nice. The balcony has seating for 4 and a table. We enjoyed sitting out there watching the boats go by. The condo is very quiet. We’ll be back next year,

The beach views and the condo over all were beautiful and perfect for our little get away. The beds were comfortable. Wished the bathrooms had more hooks or bars to hang towels on. Although it was stated in the description we needed to bring linens and towels it would have been nice to not have to pack all the extras for our vacation. The description said there would be 4 chairs for the table but there were only 3 so we ended having to use the high top stools that were not very comfortable.

I was the primary renter but had a death in the family so I was unable to go. Fred was extremely responsive to texts and questions. The girls reported it was a beautiful condo with a very convenient entrance to the beach. The beach was not crowded as the other places we have stayed at. Only comments were the living room and second bedroom were very tight for five women. Would definitely recommend for four people!

We’ve stayed at this property for the past five years. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which makes it incredibly convenient and relaxing. The beds and chairs are very comfortable, making it easy to unwind. The kitchen is well-equipped and perfectly adequate for cooking meals, which we always appreciate during our stay. We look forward to coming back again next year!

Absolutely beautiful unit! I thoroughly enjoyed my long weekend. The view can't be beat, loved listening to the waves and walking along the beach. I spent hours on the balcony. Very quiet property, great for a good night's sleep. The unit is well furnished with comfortable furniture that looks brand new. The kitchen is decently supplied, mix-match of dishes and glasses, but certainly sufficient for home cooked meals.
