Poplar 15 is a spacious Sunriver retreat made for easy days, comfortable evenings, and plenty of time together. With three bedrooms, a bonus room above the garage, a private hot tub, and eight cruiser-style bikes, this welcoming home gives families and friends plenty of space to settle in and enjoy Central Oregon at their own pace.

The open living area feels relaxed and inviting, with comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV, DVD player, and gas fireplace creating a natural gathering place after a day outdoors. Central air conditioning keeps summer stays comfortable, while the fully stocked kitchen makes everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners simple.

Step outside onto the private deck with your morning coffee, gather for an evening meal, or slip into the hot tub as the stars begin to appear overhead. It is the kind of outdoor space that encourages you to slow down and enjoy the quiet rhythm of Sunriver.

Main Level
Bedroom One features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom Two offers a king bed and a comfortable retreat for couples or family members. Bedroom Three also features a king bed, giving the home an especially generous sleeping arrangement for groups traveling together.

Upstairs Bonus Room
The bonus room above the garage includes four twin beds and a Smart TV, creating an easy hangout for kids, teens, or extra guests who want a space of their own.

When there is still energy to spare, gather for a friendly round of ping pong before heading outside for the next adventure.

Eight adult cruiser-style bikes make it easy to explore Sunriver's extensive network of paved pathways, whether you are heading out for a morning ride or simply wandering beneath the pines with nowhere particular to be.

Poplar 15 is a home for mornings that begin slowly, afternoons filled with adventure, and evenings spent together on the deck or around the fireplace. Whether you come to explore or simply to reconnect, it offers a comfortable place to make lasting Sunriver memories.

The beds were excellent in all of the rooms. So comfy! The deck was so spacious and was on the east side so it was shaded in the afternoons. And the hot tub was very nice.

This is a really great house! The house easily accommodated our large group. The check in process was easy and the communication before our stay was very informative. The beds were very comfortable and I especially appreciated the night light in the bathrooms and common area. The bikes were a welcomed bonus! We will be back next year for sure.

Comfortable home for our stay. The beds were comfortable and our family enjoyed our time in this home. The deck space is nice and we enjoyed the outdoor furniture. Looking forward to maybe booking the same home next year.

The second bath was quite small for the number of guests using it(5 adults) but overall the house was perfect for our large family. Beds were great. Upstairs loft quite warm in summer also. Definitely need a fan up there! Very nice having children’s items too. Would definitely recommend the house!
