We hope you’re enjoying your stay! A friendly reminder that our standard check-out time is at 11:00AM. Due to our tight cleaning schedule, we are unable to accommodate late check-out requests.
Please place all used towels in the bath tub. You can leave the sheets on the beds as the house keeper will take care of that. Please REMOVE all food from the refrigerator and throw out in trash.
Be sure to turn off all the lights in the unit and turn the thermostat to the off mode or leave temp at 74. Double check to make sure no personal items are left behind!

The host was very quick in responding. The home itself was nice BUT some things were missing to make this place a home away from home. We stayed here for the Christmas holiday. There was no cookware or utensils, some windows had no window coverings, there was no mop, no broom, limited towels, no remote to tv or fan. We were not happy about ANY of these things as this stay was 10 family members. Some of this was unacceptable! We had to actually buy a few pots to cook in, we had to put towels up to the windows that you could see inside from the outside and more.

I’m very sorry that your stay did not meet expectations, especially during the holiday and with a large group, that’s certainly not the experience I aim to provide. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter missing items like cookware, window coverings, and sufficient towels, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. These are all essentials, and your feedback has helped highlight gaps that should not have occurred. I’ve already taken steps to ensure the home is fully restocked and properly checked before future stays so this doesn’t happen again. I do appreciate your patience and the time you took to share this. Your comments are being taken seriously, and improvements are already being made to ensure future guests have a much more comfortable, well-equipped experience.
