I”ve been in the rental business for 40 years..wow!..I have rents that are year around, some for 3 months stay and Air b & b type properties. All my places are very nice and i always go the extra me to make yiur stay perfect. So if there is ever an issue.. no matter how big or small i want to know about it so it can be corrected immediately cause you deserve that!
Why they chose this property
Rockland isnt the same town it was 40 years ago. I’m lucky that i started investing in property back then even though my parents thought i was crazy. Jump ahead 40 years and you find a town with great restaurants, art and museums. You have the lobster festival and the Blues festival and many beaches and day trips you can make from Rockland
What makes this property unique
My place is in the heart of Rockland with just a 10 minute walk to downtown Rockland, plus my place has 3 large bedrooms and a recent makeover of the kitchen, living room and dining room. Nothing more classic than a old Victorian
