• Bedroom #2: (1) Queen size bed + Exercise equipment + 40" Smart TV.
• Bedroom #3: (1) Queen size bed + 40" smart tv
• Bedroom #4: (1) King size bed + (1) Dedicated desk with monitor and camera for work.

PARKING
• Driveway for 2-3 vehicles
• No street parking according to Rowlett.
• Guests will NOT have access to the garage

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO
• There are no shared spaces, the entire home including backyard is exclusively for your group and the check-in process is fully automated using our smart lock.
• Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all standard consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, and a whole lot more.
