Whether you’re looking to relax or stay active, this home provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable getaway.
Welcome to our lake house, where there's so much to do indoors and outdoors! Read below for all the great things we offer.

KITCHEN
• Fully equipped with a refrigerator and ice maker/ water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove, toaster, and blender.
• Stocked with all your kitchen basics, including coffee cups, drinking glasses, wine glasses, plates/bowls, silverware, pots/pans, cooking utensils, baking sheets, etc.
• 4-person dining table + 4-person large bar stools for kitchen bar
• coffee maker + various flavors of coffee + various sweeteners and creamers

LIVING ROOM
• Large sectional couch + The Big one Lovesac
• 65" TV (No streaming subscriptions are provided; you'll be logging in with your own accounts)

• Bedroom #3: (1) Queen size bed + 40" smart tv
• Bedroom #4: (1) King size bed + (1) Dedicated desk with monitor and camera for work.

PARKING
• Driveway for 2-3 vehicles
• No street parking according to Rowlett.
• Guests will NOT have access to the garage

• There are no shared spaces, the entire home including backyard is exclusively for your group and the check-in process is fully automated using our smart lock.
• Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all standard consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, and a whole lot more.

The house is perfect for a family with different options for living spaces. The outdoor living area was my favorite spot to relax alone from the rest of the group or with all of us sitting around the table laughing, talking or watching the others play pickleball.
