Newly updated and newly listed! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Tall Ship condo with North Marina views is located in the Keowee Key community on Lake Keowee. Among the fantastic amenities include an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, leisure trail, outdoor pools, and a wonderful fitness center featuring an indoor pool. Clemson University is only 16 miles away, while Devils Fork State Park, and Lake Jocassee are within 12 miles. Cashiers, North Carolina boasts Whitewater Falls and Gorges State Park for more outdoor recreation.

PROPERTY
Designed with couples lake escapes or golf outings in mind, this tastefully updated corner condo on the second floor boasts a beautiful interior with modern finishes. It is also situated with direct access to the leisure trail right outside. Both bedrooms include king beds and the leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate up to a total of six guests. ***please note there is a guest limit of 6 for ALL condo units. This includes children and is enforced by the Tall Ship HOA.

The well-appointed kitchen includes granite countertops, knife set, cooking basics, coffee maker, blender, and electric water kettle. The living room includes two swivel chairs, two leather chairs, and a leather (pull-out) sofa. There is also a dining table that seats six and a modern bar with a beverage refrigerator. The large TV includes YouTube TV and other apps for viewing live games. The private balcony includes a ceiling fan, seating for six, and lake/marina views.

GENERAL
Your stay includes central A/C, linens and towels provided, access by elevator or stairs, complimentary toiletries, and washer/dryer in unit. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only, per HOA regulations. It may not be used.

PARKING
There is accommodation for two vehicles with one assigned space and one in general parking at the unit. Boat trailer parking is not permitted.

We came down for Clemson’s parents weekend and enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully redone in a safe and quiet gated community. We had trouble getting in the gate on our first night but Shawn was just a phone call away and we were able to get in immediately. We will be back again. Thanks!!

Relaxing Weekend

This unit is beautifully appointed, very comfortable and had sufficient cookware and supplies. There was delicious coffee and snacks provided. Shawn was easy to reach and communicate with before and during our stay. We had a slight issue with the tv and the hosts offered several suggestions to remediate the matter and made a special trip to bring and set up another tv. KK is always so relaxing and we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
