Pines by the Sea Tranquility in Cambria!

Just a block from the Fern Trail Hiking Path, about 2 miles to Moonstone Beach, less than 1 mile to Fiscallini Ranch Nature Perserve and Tide Pools. This lovely home features 2 comfy king beds, 1 queen bed, and lots of luxurious pillows, perfect for a quant getaway. With 2 1/2 bathrooms equipped with basic amenities, and a fully stocked kitchen, guests will feel right at home. Plus, there's a roomy sofa in the cozy living room space, and large dining room table to gather around for meals and board games. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our cozy place. Enjoy the deck off the back of the house for some R&R while grilling on the BBQ. (Note, the location of the home backs up 100 yards from highway 1 and Burton. See google map). The roads get quiet in this sleepy town after 9pm! Watch out for deer and wild turkey they wander in the streets often!! A $500 fee per broken house rule may apply for non-compliance of guest(s) or the neighbors complain.

Guest Count & Pricing Policy

Our rates are based on the total number of guests reserved, not just the number of nights stayed. Once a reservation is confirmed, the calendar is blocked for that specific group size and prevents us from accepting other bookings that may require higher occupancy.

No refunds are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or reductions in guest count after booking, including for holiday or peak-demand dates.

Any disturbance to anyone in the house or broken house rule(s) will result in cancelled reservation and removal from the premises with no refunds. Applicable fees will apply. Thankfully, we have never had to enforce this rule. :-)
