The master suite features a king bed, sitting chair, an exterior door to the patio and private bath. The second bedroom connects from the interior and provides two double beds and private bath. The second bedroom is also accessible via a separate exterior entry. Bedroom number three is a Breakaway Master with Separate Entrance featuring a king size bed, full bath, seating area and work desk. It is accessible via a separate entry exterior door off the fireplace loggia. All bedrooms include HD flat screen TVs. 24-hour room service is also available.

The fully furnished, fully appointed 3BR casita is the perfect place from which to enjoy your vacation at Terranea® Resort. Entering through a dramatic loggia into your front door, you are embraced with comfort and profound relaxation. The convenience kitchen features a refrigerator with icemaker, 4-burner cooktop, combination microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, and dishes, glassware and utensils. Flowing from the kitchen is a dining table and great room with TV, comfort seating and a seamless transition to an outdoor patio with seating. A washer and dryer unit is located within the suite.

Resort charges a resort fee of ($85/day) and parking fee of ($67/day per vehicle) paid directly to the resort.
*Everyday cleaning fee ($150) is included in reservation (mandatory by resort).

Loved our Terranea Unit - It was beautiful and well equipped as we ate many of our meals in the unit. Our whole experience was great -Loved the amenities - pool, fitness center, trail walks, shops - Our kids enjoyed all the fun things to do and us adults loved the beautiful setting, fine restaurants and overall experience.

Great spot for girls weekend

This was the perfect backdrop for a girls weekend. The Casita was very comfortable, and it was wonderful part of the resort where we had access to restaurants, fitness center, and all of the breathtaking views. Highly recommend!

A perfect weekend

My wife and I simply fell in love with this property and the Casita. The detail we received at the time of the booking was extremely helpful and appreciated. If it’s available, book it before it’s gone. You will not be disappointed. The staff was excellent, the food choices were perfect for us and the views are amazing. We will return next time we visit SoCal.

Beautiful location great host

We had a wonderful time staying at this property with the family. The place was clean open bright and airy and had everything we needed to be able to cook meals in addition to enjoying the properties amenities. Advice would be to plan your reservations in advance as the restaurants are very popular. They were very accommodating though. Kathy was on top of everything and helped ensure we knew exactly what to do and gave hints for the area. Overall great trip would come back!

Gorgeous Terranea casita

This is a beautiful 3 BR casita at Terranea, with a great location just up a flight of stairs from the main property. Each bedroom has both an ensuite and a patio, and all 3 are on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms is a lock-off, so it requires going through the outdoor courtyard to reach the shared rooms. The kitchen has everything necessary to cook if you are so inclined, although Terranea has several wonderful restaurants as well as room service. Terranea itself is spectacular, and VRBO guests have full privileges at the property. In fact, as casita residents we found that we were treated like VIPs. The VRBO host had excellent and prompt communication, as did a Terranea concierge who reached out to me before our stay. We had a fanatastic family reunion at this property and would love to return!

Best time for all

The Cassita was spacious, comfortable, and easy walking to the amenities. We were a family of six adults and everyone had a great time. The kitchen supplies need a bit of a tweeking. There should be a service for 12 with six people rather than 6 plates, a dish rack for drying, large serving spoons, foil and saranwrap. This is minor because the cassita was very spacious and extremely comfortable for 6 adults. The third bedroom is separate and so it might not suit a family with children. The resort and spa is fabulous. We are coming back. Did not have to interact with the property owner because everything was great. Resort fees and parking fees should be disclosed upfront.

Run down and in need of maintenance

This is our 5th stay at Terranea and the second time in this exact casita. The casita was in need of updating and maintenance. The carpet in the main bedroom is ragged and dirty which was unpleasant but not the worst issue with the casita. The bed literally was broken. The wooden support was poorly built and cracked and broke as soon as we sat down. It took two night of miserable sleep to finally have a maintenance person fix the bed. He informed us that this had happened before and we could see evidence of a previous repair attempt. The broken bad was bad enough but having to call 5 times over two days to have it repaired was outrageous. The other issue is a foul smell in the bathroom. I’m not sure what the issue is but the bathroom smells like an open sewer. We had to keep the door open and the fan running to keep from gagging. All and all it was bad enough that we probably try another hotel for our annual family visit to PV.

Beautiful weekend, but this Casita doesn't sleep 8

Overall, you can't go wrong with Terranea. We had a beautiful weekend and a lot of fun. I was disappointed with this Casita because it says that it sleeps 8 but it doesn't! We checked both sofas but neither one was a pull out bed. The front desk didn't believe me so they sent someone to make the sofa bed. Needless to say they were surprised when they couldn't find the pull out sofa bed. They told me that it's a fire hazard to have a roll-away bed in our particular Casita but the Manager finally approved. Obviously the roll -away bed was tiny and only slept one so we had to have someone sleep on the sofa. It sounds to me like all of the other Casitas are equipped with a pull-out sofa bed so I am not sure why this one is not. If you're looking to sleep 8 comfortably, I suggest to look for a different Casita. It's just frustrating that it advertises 8 and Terranea couldn't help us figure out how to do that. Fortunately we had some really easy-going people in our group. Also we thought there was an oven there and we planned to bake pizzas. Turns out it is a microwave/oven so we had to pay Terranea $70 to come pick up our pizzas and cook them in their kitchen.

Terranea is a lovely place for all ages to enjoy the beautiful landscape and ocean of the pacific! My family and I ages 45-85 stayed together at the casita 20. Beautiful views of the ocean and lots to do or not do! It was a special time together and I can’t wait to return again.

Having stayed at Terranea previously, there were little surprises. This is a top notch experience you won't regret. Excellent for groups or large families. NOTE: one unit is not actually totally part of the over all villa. It is connected by a shared outdoor living space. Just FYI. But in many ways this made it even better!!

Incredible location

We stayed at this house on the Terranea resort for my 40th birthday we had four women staying in the home and it was more than plenty room for all of us. The casita is in a nice, private and quiet location yet still close to everything. The multiple pools, use of the spa, and the restaurants on property were all extremely convenient. We had such a wonderful time here in the home was gorgeous and super clean. Kathy was a great host and communicated quickly when necessary. I hope to stay here again soon!
