Escape to the Retreat at Bonnie Blue Acres - a thoughtfully styled brick ranch nestled on peaceful farmland just minutes from Caesar Creek Lake & near the World Equestrian Center. Enjoy designer touches, fresh air, wide-open skies, morning coffees on the porch & evenings around the fire pit with views of a classic red barn and surrounding green fields. This peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is the perfect base for lake days, equestrian events, or simply slowing down and soaking in the countryside.

The space
This peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bath brick ranch, named after our beloved horse "Bonnie Blue" offers plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Ideally located between the cities of Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati (all within a 1 hour drive). The perfect space to stay if you want to explore Caesar Creek Lake (1 minute down the road), The World Equestrian Center (15-20 minute drive), The Ohio Renaissance Festival (10 minute drive), Roberts Center (10 minute drive), Kings Island (30 minute drive), or the towns of Wilmington, Xenia or Waynesville, Ohio (all approximately a 15 minute drive).

Inside the home, you’ll find a newly renovated and thoughtfully designed open floor plan that includes a living area where friends and family can gather, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and dining for up to 8 people, a separate cozy entertainment room, and a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two double beds, share a second full bath. Each room is styled for comfort with soft linens, comfy pillows, and charming touches throughout.

Outside, enjoy morning coffees on the front porch while you enjoy views of the barn and surrounding fields. In the afternoon, enjoy lunch at the outdoor dining table in the fully fenced, private patio (which also includes a hammock for an afternoon nap) - and in the evening, you can gather around the fire pit under fairy lights and the night stars!

This is one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at. It wasn’t just clean, it was pristine. Beautifully decorated and all of the furniture was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The grounds are also beautiful and peaceful. I wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.
