This cottage is within walking distance of Main Street, with several local pubs, restaurants, bakeries and eclectic shops. Knowlton Park, which features a splash pad is next door to this home. I am a NY girl living part time in Ga and part time in Maine. My husband and I are both recently retired. We plan on doing a lot of travel within the US as well as overseas. We love going to Yankee Games. I love to swim, hike and enjoy the outdoors.
Why they chose this property
We both a small cottage in Maine to be able to spend more time with family. But the winters are too cold for us so we spend time between Maine and GA
What makes this property unique
Our cottage is quintessential New England. We are within a short distance to Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, Belfast and many other beautiful seaside attractions. You can walk to downtown Ellsworth, enjoy many local shops, pubs and restaurants. Knowlton Park is a 2 minute walk, great place for the kids and features a splash pad. House is across the street from Leonard Lake and beautiful views.
