Guest Access:

Parking:

• The driveway is available for parking and can hold up to 2 vehicles. If required, parking is also available at the clubhouse only during the day.



Property Access:

• Guests will enter the community through a gate and the security guard.



Resort Access:

• You're provided with complimentary access to the ChampionsGate Resort and Oasis Clubhouse.

• Clubhouse is open daily from 9am - 9pm, year-round.



Reminders from Oasis Club:

• NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots.

• For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team.

• Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted.

• For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.



Guest registration and parking rules:

• All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry.

• Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing.

The Neighborhood:

The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate is considered one of the most beautiful resort communities in all of Davenport area! This ideal location offers easy access to the Disney World theme parks via FL-429 S (this route has tolls) or Westside Blvd. Also, close by are many dining, local wineries, shopping and entertainment options!



Guests can enjoy free access to the ChampionsGate Oasis Clubhouse. The complex includes 2 separate water zones including the circular lagoon pool that’s perfect for soaking in the sunshine. The second zone includes the water slides, tunnels, lazy river and splash zone for the kids to play all day long. Guests can also make use of the poolside cabanas and the tiki bar that’s open every day. A short walk from the pool area is the main clubhouse with the Oasis Grille Restaurant and bar, a fitness center, family cinema, kids play/craft zone and more.

Additional Services:

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are allowed in our home that either 3 small, 2 medium or 1 large. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time free).

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



We're happy to deliver:

-Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!

- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).

- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and nsmokig/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Please clean up after yourselves. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.

4. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

5 . Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home.
