This amazing home features smart TV in all rooms, family room in both levels, themed kids room, private screened pool with hot tub, outdoor dining, game room with poker table providing plenty of space to relax. The property features 5 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is stocked with Keurig coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, kettle, toaster and many more. Enjoy the convenience of iron, washing machine, hair dryer, toiletries, high speed WiFi, central AC. Experience a fantastic getaway in Orlando at our place.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
CHECK OUT TIME is 10 am. If you need to wait for a flight or something, you are welcome to hang around at the resort clubhouse for the day,
Please tidy up the kitchen and rinse & place any dirty dishes in dishwasher. You can leave beds unmade. Bring any used towels to laundry room. No need to wash them but if you start a load that's cool
Please place trash in bin by 8am! If you removed the pool safety fence, please put it back. Be sure to lock the rear patio sliding doors (with latch and glass mounted pop-up) and lock the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is Required to sign a Renter Agreement
Security Hold of $350 is Required, and will be held 1 day prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, if not damages are present

A wonderful break from the cold winter up north

We had a great time at Paradise Cove. The house was spacious, comfortable and very well kept. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by kids and adults. Since stayed in February, I opted to have the pool heated. I would suggested this if you stay during cooler temps. I stayed at other houses in Florida and found this to be an extremely good value. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and responsive. The resort amenities are a nice bonus too. I highly recommend this this house!
