Unique mini-farm experience in Spanish Fork.

Located in Spanish Fork, this delightful basement unit offers plenty of space with three bedrooms featuring a mix of queen, king, twin, and bunk beds. Guests can relax comfortably in a cozy setting that stays cool even in the heat of summer. Full kitchen and large sitting area. Set up for families with plenty of toys and activities for kids. Beautiful hiking trails nearby, as well as U-pick berry farm, incredible parks, and the newly opened fit city center with a huge outdoor/indoor pool.

Enjoy a private yard space for picnics, corn hole, camp fires/grilling, volleyball, and interact with our pygmy goats and chickens. We provide each guest party with a bag of treats for the animals. Pick fresh apples, apricots, plums, and pears when they’re in season. This is a spacious basement with room to spread out and cool down. Set up for families with plenty of toys and activities for kids. We have a fire pit available upon request, as well as a few extra camp chairs if needed.Outdoor cameras installed for safety.

Plenty of parking, two spaces side by side near the entrance and plenty of room to park behind them. 4+ parking spaces. No parking in garage or in front of garage doors. Smart lock access code, door on south side.

We also have a pack n play available if needed. White noise machines provided in each room.
