There’s something special about fall in the White Mountains. Crisp mountain air, changing leaves, cool evenings, and plenty of time to relax and unwind.

Book your stay between September 15 and November 30 and we’ll have a complimentary bottle of red OR white wine waiting for you when you arrive!

We’re thrilled to introduce our brand new vacation rental cabin nestled in the beautiful mountains of Heber-Overgaard Arizona! Just a short drive from the Valley, this cozy retreat is the perfect way to beat the Phoenix heat and enjoy cooler temps year-round.

Whether you’re looking to unplug, reconnect with nature, or simply spend quality time with friends and family, our mountain cabin has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Built just 5 years ago, it sleeps up to 6 and comes fully furnished — including kitchenware, linens, and even essentials for the little ones (crib, high chair, and more).

Family-friendly, fully equipped, and ready for your next adventure — we can’t wait to share our little slice of mountain paradise with you!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave trash in the kitchen bins. Do not leave outside due to wildlife. There is a local trash compactor in town if needed. Message host for details.
Do not empty ash from the wood stove (fire hazard).
Please leave dirty linens in laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No burning anything in the woodburning stove except the provided Duraflame logs. Do NOT empty ash as its a fire hazard.

From the outside, the property has great curb appeal. The appeal doesn’t stop there. Inside it is nicely furnished and contains all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the large decks and spent a lot of time outside listening to the birds and reading while enjoying the cooler temperatures. Check in and out were seamless and we can definitely see ourselves booking a future stay.

Exceptionally clean, neatly/efficiently organized and well appointed. Communication stream by/between host & client was as expected - no wrinkles. While we did not use the kitchen & features, that was also well appointed. While area we covered locally was small, several businesses offered quite varied hours of operation.The accommodations were very comfortable, mostly quiet noting that the main highway can be heard at times during the day. The home setting is also quite pleasant. Would definitely stay their again!

This Home is beautiful and in a very peaceful neighborhood! It is within minutes of everything you want to do! We love all the antique shops around the Heber area! Family Summer Getaway

Recently took the family up north from the valley for 4th of July weekend. The location of this property made everything so simple to get around. Local dining and convenience stores you can walk to. Lakes and trails only minutes away. Enough parking for your trailer and off road toys! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and the property managers are fantastic to work with.
