This Prefab house is designed based on the sleek design of Apple iPhone theme. Its a studio with a bathroom and a minimal setup for kitchen - has Microwave, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker but no range.

It has parking for 1 car. We have Wifi (free) and have access to additional shower rooms (free) and laundry rooms (coin-operated). Office area has a rec room with Pool table and games - only open when a staff present at office.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
