Beware of the listing. While it states the entire place is available this individual is dishonest and sneakily in his description states he lives there and is simply renting a room out. Me and my fiancée flew into Miami late and night from an international trip. We needed a place to stay and shower to be part of a run the next morning. While having booked the place 24 hours in advance internationally, and having paid of insurance, we were unable to cancel due to the fact we were on a plane without wifi or service to do so! This turned into a nightmare, Expedia expected us to sleep in an individuals house, just one room over that we know nothing about, who is sneaky on his listing, and even went as far to ask for an additional $120 to have the place be entirely to ourselves.
