The Space:

Welcome to your private Scottsdale retreat, a newly remodeled 7-bedroom luxury home designed for large groups, family vacations, golf trips, and celebrations. Located in central Scottsdale, you’ll be minutes from world-class dining, shopping, golf courses, and nightlife.



With 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a private pool and hot tub, movie theater, and separate casita, this spacious home comfortably hosts large groups while still offering plenty of room to relax.



Our Home

Step inside to a bright open-concept layout perfect for gathering and entertaining. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating centered around a 70” Smart TV, flowing seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The main home boasts 6 bedrooms and 4 full bath with 3 bedrooms having private, ensuite bathrooms.

Private Casita

Our home also includes a beautifully designed private casita, perfect for guests who want additional space and privacy while still being connected. With its own living area, kitchenette, master suite, pool table, outdoor seating and direct access to the backyard pool area, the casita offers a comfortable retreat within the property.

Inside, the casita features soaring ceilings and a bright open layout with a stylish living room, Smart TV, and plenty of seating for relaxing after a day exploring Scottsdale. The casita also includes a indoor/outdoor bar for friendly games and entertainment, making it a great hangout spot for the group.

The master suite provides an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and closet.

Upstairs, the two queen loft beds provides a cozy sleeping area while still maintaining the airy feel of the open space, complete with individual smart TV's.

An additional pullout couch is available in the living room.

Step outside and you’ll find yourself just steps from the private resort-style backyard, complete with the pool, lounge seating, and outdoor gathering areas.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
