Moved from SLC area to Sterling in 2023. Purchased land and built our home after our 1st visit to Palisade! The natural beauty here is undeniable.

The scenery, the wildlife and the people.
What makes this property unique
We designed our home to blend seamlessly with the natural landscape, carefully preserving the original character of the lot. Many of the native cedar and juniper trees remain, providing a welcoming habitat for local wildlife. Deer, wild turkeys, and a variety of beautiful bird species visit daily, while majestic bald eagles, ospreys, and hawks are also frequent sights in the area.
