Great location, we stayed there for weekend trip in Tahoe, it is half an hour drive to Sand Habor beach. The rooms are very clean and AC works pretty well!
The property was fantastic and it really met our needs. Easy to find and very convenient. We had fantastic communication with the owner which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the bedrooms and we did not occupy nor spend more than three hours at the unit, we would give zero stars if possible
Great stay again.. please check ice maker not making ice and line is leaking
See ya next year again.

This is a great property! Very clean and very modern. They did a great job when made this spot. Location is great to get around in the area. If you are a side sleeper, like me, then the beds are too hard for you. I had to move to the couch last night. Otherwise, I would recommend this for anyone who isn’t a side sleeper.
I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cleanliness/state of the bathroom. Plenty of room for a family of 4, nicely loaded kitchen, and pretty decent location near the capital (not much within immediate to explore).
The bathroom, and especially the bathtub need remodeling. There is a lot of mildew/mold in and around the tub, it’s so visible that it can’t be explained away by not being aware. The bathroom also smelled like urine, which would tell me it wasn’t cleaned well, or it needs a deeper cleaning. The bedroom carpet didn’t appear to be vacuumed since there was a hair tie, and clumps of debris on the carpet.
The check-in process was easy, the place was nice other than bathroom and cleanliness. I hope you take this feedback as a catalyst to fix this up, b/c this place really does have great potential.

Hi Nikki, thanks for taking the time to leave this review! We're so glad you enjoyed the location! The homeowner would like to share the following: We always look to provide guests with the best experience at our home. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience since this is not consistent with our cleaning expectations. We were not aware of the mildew issue. We had a maintenance check after your stay, the issue has been addressed and thoroughly cleaned, so it will not be a concern for future guests. We're sorry to hear you feel the bathroom needs remodeling, on the contrary, the bathroom is updated, and everything is new and working. We have passed this along to the cleaning crew to ensure that our home is in perfect shape for future travelers. We appreciate your feedback, and we are confident that future guests will continue to enjoy five-star stays here!
We loved this cozy home. Perfect for 2 people or a small family. Great location, close to downtown and great restaurants and bars. House was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well appointed. Would stay here again!
This place was clean and exactly what was needed for our trip. Close to all of the amenities and stores that we needed. Most importantly it was the perfect location to visit Heavenly, Kirkwood, and Northstar Ski resorts all in the same week without needing to do a lot of driving.
Easy to find and access. Updated and very nice. Wall furnace runs a tad warm, and one bed is not as comfy as the other, but that's splitting hairs. It was a perfect place to stay and sleep while visiting family in the area. Would stay again .

Comfy cozy and close to everything.
We were so comfortable, the beds, couch and chair were so comfortable- this isn’t always the case. The location was close to everything. (The donuts across the street are fabulous!!) and the parade set up right outside! Truly a bonus!!

Nice place with a few issues.
Pros: Unit was clean and a good size for the 3 of us. Easy to find and close to everything we needed. We were in town for a funeral, and needed a central location. AC and fans kept the temperature very comfortable inside. Price was a good value; less expensive than many hotels in the area.
Cons: Beds were advertised as queens and were definitely doubles. Water in shower went from ice cold to scalding hot during use, which was dangerous. Television was extremely difficult to operate, and would not connect to anything offered on screen (spent a lot of time trying to figure it out, and we are tech savvy people). Screen door on front door needs some TLC; we were careful to not use it too.much, as there is a loose bolt on it.
Thank you for listening.
We needed lodging with a kitchen and were very happy with this house. It was cost but big enough to provide us with the space we needed. . The location was good . You could walk to coffee shops , restaurants and grocery store. The house was very clean but did have a problem with little ants in the kitchen.. I am told this is the season for them. I would recommend this house if you need the space of a house and a kitchen.
This was a wonderful place to stay in Carson City. The house was spacious, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. And the location was perfect; right near downtown Carson. We will be back for sure!
