Kings Beach - North Tahoe Family Retreat. Easy access to beaches and skiing.
Kingswood Village is a well maintained complex with beautifully landscaped grounds. During the summer (late May - early September), there is an outdoor community swimming pool. The homeowners association usually has a ping pong table available near the pool and gas grills nearby. There are also summer tennis courts and basketball, and a year-round indoor workout facility with nice equipment.
This family retreat is conveniently located close to downtown Kings Beach and Lake Tahoe. This condo has many great features that include a wood fireplace in the living room and open floor plan in the living room and kitchen area.
The condo is just 6 miles to Northstar ski resort, 27 miles to Tahoe Palisades, minutes from great hiking, and is about 1 mile to downtown Kings Beach, where you will find a large public beach and grocery store. The maximum occupancy for the unit is 8 per the Placer County STR ordinance but has sleeping accommodations for 10. Children under the age of 12 do not count towards the occupancy limit. The home has 3 bedrooms plus a loft.
The entry level consists of 2 bedrooms, laundry room, and a hallway bathroom. The main floor has one bedroom and also hosts the kitchen, living room, hall bathroom and dining area. The loft level has two twin beds for extra sleeping options.
