A lot of room for our family and the little ones. Our family enjoyed the pool and spa. The house was in a great location to get to where ever you needed to go. Had a great time. Would recommend highly. Very clean.

This home was very nice. The kitchen was well appointed for preparing meals. Beds were quite comfortable. There is a nicely designed lanai with heated pool and spa…very private. While we did not use the area down by the canal, the dock and landscaping design was really well done and had a peaceful and welcoming vibe.

Spring break with family

We spent a week with grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The house had plenty of room for everyone and was very nice. We spent most of the day around the pool or on the deck. Easy access to shops and restaurants. We also rented a pontoon boat which fit nicely in the boatlift. The AC was having some issues but the owner had great communication and sent out a repair person promptly.

Beautiful Cape home

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks stay in this beautiful house. The landscaping was exceptional and the neighborhood was close to everything you'd want to do in Cape coral. A Superb Vacation

Whether it be the wonderfully equipped kitchen or the outdoor areas, I can't compliment the stay at George/Tina's enough. It was a bit cool for February, so we couldn't enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, but it, along with the hot tub pool, were wonderful as well. The house and outdoor areas are excellently furnished/equipped, making for a wonderful stay for the 7 of us. Tina has thought of everything a guest could need and was exceptionally prompt and responsive to any and all questions. It was spotlessly clean and a very comfortable place to spend the month. Neighbors are friendly and very helpful as well. Thank you, Tina and George, for sharing your home with us.

Exactly what we need for our family and in-laws

This property checked all the boxes that we were looking for as a family. Great local restaurants. We did two days of intercoastal fishing that was guided. We also took a day to go to Naples zoo. Since the hurricane, the only beach close was Vanderbilt it was beautiful. Back to the property it had a very spacious pool area which was gorgeous and an awesome hot tub that we use nightly and daily. Very comfortable bedrooms, spacious, and very relaxing which we need to do because of our busy schedule. See you this.

Immaculate Property in Lush, Beautiful Landscape

The property is very well maintained with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable and well appointed living and sleeping quarters and of course a tastefully designed lanai / pool / hot tub area surrounded by an extremely thoughtfully designed and very well looked after landscape. The lanai/pool complex provides an excellent balance of shade and sun throughout the hottest parts of the day, and is where we spent most of our time as it is almost as large as the footprint of the house and incredibly inviting. The neighborhood is very quiet and the few neighbors that we met were very friendly and nice. The hosts are most accommodating and have put together a comprehensive, thoughtful package of information on the home and the surrounding area’s attractions which we used to great benefit. Overall this home is in the top decile of the over 100 vacation properties we have leased, and we highly recommend it as a real diamond among vacation homes.

High Class High Quality

This house was by far the best VRBO we have stayed at. The quality of the inside of the home matches the quality of the outside of the house! Every piece of furniture, including the outdoor furniture, was so comfortable! The master bedroom & bathroom make you feel like you’re in a luxury hotel! Each bedroom has a private bathroom which we all appreciated! The kitchen, living room, & outdoor bar area are great for entertaining! We had a few readers in our group that took advantage of the quiet/private area off of the guest bedroom & down by the dock. One night we had dinner at Torched Bar & Grill, a local restaurant/bar, only a 10 minutes away! This home did not disappoint! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great property, even better host!

Having rented in Cape Coral for several years at different properties, sometimes the actual properties don't live up to the listings. That is *NOT* the case with this property. As advertised it was a beautiful 4 bed/3 bath house, spacious enough for 6 adults, beautiful lanai with heated pool and spa, tastefully decorated and comfortable beds in all the rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed to prepare meals at home. We normally rent in the SW, this property is in the SE, which we were hesitant about, but it turned out to be an advantage because of the closer proximity to stores and restaurants along the Pine Island corridor. Ok, enough about the house, I'm sure you get the idea by now! What made this property truly special were the owners Tina and George! They meticulously documented everything you need to know, check in/out procedures, pool/spa operations, technology, just to mention a few. They also included hints and tips for places to see, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Besides that, they were the nicest owners/managers that I have ever dealt with for a rental. I would not hesitate a second to rent this property again. If you want a stress free vacation, consider this property!

BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING and WONDERFUL LOCATION and OWNERS!

George and Tina are fantastic property owners! Our group has rented many homes, and this is by far the BEST!! Their description is spot on! Tranquil neighborhood and their neighbors are excellent as well! We had a question about the pool and spa, and Tina was right there to help us! She made sure that we understood how to work the pool handle and all! She stayed in contact with us throughout our whole trip! They are amazing people to rent from, and they treat you like you are family. This is what we LOVE about them! Location is everything to us! RSW airport and Punta Gorda airport are 30-45 minutes away- it all depends on traffic! If you are a golfer like my husband, GREAT golf courses are close by and are very lovely! Fort Myers Beach is within 30 minutes, and Yacht club beach is 5 minutes away! Here is something to do for all ages by their house! Pictures of their home are amazing, but oh my! When you walk in, it takes your breath away!!! I talked to Tina a week before we left, and she made sure they put flyers out for stuff we were interested in doing and how to get there as well! When I walked into the house for the first time, Tina and George put a fabulous welcome basket on the kitchen table! That was incredibly thoughtful and nice of them! Tina did a virtual walk-through with me, which was terrific! Their beds are AMAZING!! It is like sleeping on clouds!!!! If you are thinking about renting this property, stop debating because it is worth the money! You feel like you are at home, and it is a great neighborhood, and you feel safe! We all agreed we want to rent this property again later in the year because this is by far the best place we have stayed, and the location is fantastic!!! If you have questions about their house, Tina will make sure to answer all of your questions!!! I can not say anything bad about this property or the owners! Great experience. House is beautiful, equipped with all things necessary for an entire week. Everything is updated and extremely well cared for. Very quiet and private with a fantastic pool and lanai area. Amazing dock area with great swinging seats which we loved. The host provides very nice extras like a cooler, chairs, and sand toys for the beach if you go, which is fantastic and a great extra! Also, they provide items like floating tubes, and noodles for the pool, even a blue tooth speaker so you can listen to music while floating in the pool! Also, lots of seasonings to use in the kitchen and a very nice gas grill. Extras like these are not always provided when you stay somewhere! We did a fishing charter with Thrill of it all Charters (Great Experience) and then cooked the Red Fish we got on Gas Grill. We went to Sanibel and Captiva Beach and collected shells and got to see Dolphins! We went to the water park, played Mini Golf, and watched a movie at the Theater which are all a very nearby and an easy drive. We had a great stay and the host was fantastic! This really is a beautiful home and Tina and George are fantastic! All the extras provided are great and are items not provided at other places we have stayed! Thank you for the great stay!!

Very much enjoyed our time at the house. Was b etter than the pictures. We felt comfortable and very relaxed during our stay. Tina was outstanding to work with. She kept in contact from reservation to last day. Had minor problem that was handled right away. Extra charge for electricity was very reasonable considering we had pool heat on for our entire stay. Nice spot for a getaway gathering

This is a really nice four-bedroom home with plenty of living space, ample outdoor areas to relax, and a really nice dock on the canal. Tucked away in Cape Coral, but within an easy drive of several beaches. You can pick the type of beach you prefer: We tried Sanibel Island for its natural beauty and quaint island town vibe, and Bunche Beach for an interior, quiet beach with no crowds. We really enjoyed the screened-in pool, which was warmer than usual without us needing to turn on the heater, and the plentiful seating on the patio. If you like to cook while you're vacationing, the kitchen is very well-stocked and has all the tools you'll need. We also found the pantry had several items we always seem to buy on vacation, ready for us to use just the little we needed. We will definitely consider this home again next time we're in the area!

Beautiful Home!

We had a great time! The kitchen has everything you could need and there was plenty of room for all of us (2 families 8 all together), loved the open layout. The house was immaculate! Tina and George were just wonderful and more than helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile for us during our stay. We were there for a baseball tournament and this home was approximately 20-30 mins from fields so the location was perfect for us. The boys loved fishing off the dock. We did get to Fort Meyers Beach and it was great only took us about 1/2 hour. We also visited Sanibel which was beautiful, just wish we had more down time. We highly recommend this beautiful property!

Our stay in Cape Coral, we won’t return

The location wasn’t ideal. The drive to beaches took 1-2 hours each day! After the fact we were then charged for pool and spa overages (electricity) The pool was not even used the entire week and the hot tub twice. We inquired as to how that was figured but got no response. If the house sleeps 8-10 people it would make sense that the electricity would be set to that standard. We only had 8 people total. We were also charged $100 for two beach towels that were stained. I’m not sure where they buy their beach towels, but they definitely weren’t worth $50 a piece. We definitely won’t return!

Fun in the Sun

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. The house was great for the 4 couples who stayed. Ample room for everyone. Really loved the walls of windows that allowed us to open up the whole space due to the screened in Lanai. Very relaxing. Whenever we had a minor issue, Laura the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We have never stayed in a home before with a daily limit for electric so we watched it very closely. We never ran the AC or the dishwasher. We only heated the pool once. As we could only heat either the pool or the spa(not both at once) we chose to heat the spa most nights. Even without the AC we were very close to our limit on the electric allowance. Not a problem, just something to be aware off. Other than that, we loved the house and would definitely recommend it and will consider it again in the future. Thanks from the Eller’s.
