Those ensuite bathrooms and generous lounge areas were absolutely designed with larger families in mind, so it is wonderful to know that came through during your stay. Zack will be so glad to hear he made a strong impression from check in onward. And the location really is one of our favorites, with so much within an easy walk that the car can practically stay parked all week. Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re pleased the home and amenities provided space for your family to enjoy time together and that our staff was great and supportive. We appreciate the constructive comments and would like to offer context below on the points that you raised: Golf simulator: A small section of turf was damaged during use by a previous guest, and a replacement has been ordered through a damage claim. The overhead fabric strip is cosmetic only and should not affect ball flight as padding over drywall surrounds the area, but a replacement has also been ordered. In our testing of the simulator after this damage was noted, we did not feel this impacted play and therefore the amenity was not shut down. We will review again and adjust accordingly. Towels: We provide 1.5x the maximum occupancy in towels (home sleeps 20 = 30 beach towels provided), so guests can rotate and launder them using the 3 onsite washer/dryer sets at their discretion. We will review linen counts to ensure they continue meeting guest needs. Bugs: The property does border Sabal Lake. We maintain an eco-friendly mosquito misting system and monthly pest control, yet insects remain native to the area and cannot be fully eliminated—particularly in Florida’s Summer months. Outdoor furniture: This is the first such comment we have received. Our Polywood brand furniture is designed for the Florida climate. Most guests find it comfortable with a beach towel; but we will still inspect all items to ensure no issues are noted with the furniture. Mattresses: This mattress type and the vendor that we source from is used by many luxury resort groups in Florida and are typically a highlight for our guests. We have scheduled an inspection to confirm every mattress in this new home is in excellent condition. Mid-week cleaning: This service is not included in a standard stay, but like all of our housekeeping services, it can be arranged in advance or during your stay via your designated property manager for an additional fee. Beach umbrellas: We no longer stock umbrellas due to repeated damage from high winds. We partner with trusted local vendors who rent quality beach equipment. Construction: Barrier-island redevelopment has increased following the 2024 hurricanes. Neighboring construction is outside our control (as noted in our terms) and may occur without notice.
