This was definitely my favorite rental I’ve stayed at! Every detail of the decor made it feel so cozy! I was obsessed with the high end appliances and cleanliness of the entire place. I will absolutely stay here time and time again!

The unit was very clean, well-designed, and well-appointed. But the neighborhood does not match...not even close. Also, to be forced to buy damage insurance, as an old man, is ridiculous.

5 Stars!!! This place was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. High end appliances and upgrades throughout were done very well. The property was very clean. I usually end up cleaning a property before we can relax after check-in however not here. This place was spotless! The beds are comfortable and the furniture and decor are spot on. There were a few downsides to this place for us. One is that the top two stairs are a lot higher step up than the rest of the staircase. My husband and I both tripped more than once at the top of the stairs. Luckily no injuries however that was a concern every time we went up those steps. The only other recommendation would be to have a full length mirror somewhere in the house.

It's fun to host people for a short time that are visiting for Baseball, Weddings, concerts, seeing friends. It's like a vacation for our guests and they are usually here for a good time!

Why they chose this property

I have owned this property for over 20 years as it was my first home. I chose this neighborhood for the convenience to get almost anywhere relatively quickly without enduring inevitable traffic issues. Lots of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants just minutes away.

What makes this property unique

This property was taken down to the studs and completely renovated. I probably spend way too much making a property how I would want to live in it, but I also think that is what draws people to stay here so it's worth it. I want my guests to say it's one of the nicest places they have ever stayed!
