Family retreat

We loved our time here. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had an apron! The rooms were spacious the garden beautiful and plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed playing games around the table and movie nights- close to local beaches, shopping, grocery stores and eateries. We hope to be back next year.

We enjoyed our time at this home. It had lots of spaces for our family of 5. Everyone was able to sprawl out. The kitchen had all that we needed. It was a perfect location…near markets etc, but away from the traffic! Thank you for wonderful stay!

Great stay!

We needed a large home to accommodate family for our daughter’s graduation from Cal Poly and this property was perfect! Very clean, comfortable and well thought out, with plenty of room for everyone. AG Wine Club Trip

We really enjoyed staying here. Our wine club of 4 couples loved the location close to downtown AG and Edna Valley. Very comfortable well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Outstanding host and easy check in and out. Rooms and beds were comfortable with plenty of bathrooms. Loved the kitchen living and dining rooms. We would definitly stay here again.

Spacious for our large group. Very well stocked with a nice outdoor gather space, large eat out in area, living room and kitchen. Very clean! Definitely would recommend for a large ground or family and would stay again.

Best VRBO ever

From arrival to departure, I can honestly say it was perfect. This is the 6th different place we have stayed with VRBO by far the best. We were there for four days over Thanksgiving and for the first time in years I had all my kids and grandkids together at one time,( ages 12-26) The house accommodated 11 of us comfortably and the kitchen was the most equipped I have ever stayed in. Perfect weather.

Gathering for family wedding

We had a wonderful time in Arroyo Grande and especially in this home. The home had everything for cooking, playing games and relaxing. The outdoor space was very comfortable and beautiful. Very spacious home with room for everyone to spread out. The host was great as far as communication. Location was perfect.

Beautiful House, Great Location

If you are a group of 5 or more looking for a house in the Arroyo Grandy - 5 Cities - area, look no further. This house is 'homey' and very well equipped. The kitchen is very well stocked with coffee, spices condiments and all cooking tools you could need! The owners were kind and extremely responsive! All in all, this is an outstanding VRBO rental!

Great House

Our family enjoyed our weekend. The house was spacious, bedrooms were roomy, and the kitchen was large enough for several cooks to prepare a family dinner and two breakfasts. There were 14 of us. My son plays piano, so that was a nice extra touch. Thank you for sharing this lovely property.

In town for ATHS truck show

Very clean and plenty of room! Great home for families or a group of friends. There only ended up being 4 of us, the 3 rooms we used everyone agreed the beds were comfortable. We would definitely book the house again, hopefully next time we can utilize all the rooms. There are only 2 things that aren't really an issue, but I will note. I couldn't find a wine opener, there might be one since the kitchen is very well stocked, but I couldn't seem to find one & there was plenty of soap but only shampoo in one bathroom. One last thing, I was impressed with all the live plants in the home. Great place!

Room for All

We loved staying in your home. We have 4 children, 3 with spouses, and 2 grandchildren and all had a comfortable bed and a place to go for privacy or a quiet time in a busy weekend. We were there for the 4th child’s wedding, and the location was perfect to get all we needed and was close to the venue. There was also a stockpile of toys for the kids. The house had EVERYTHING we needed—including colored pencils and toothpicks! The house was clean and just as we expected. The oven did not work properly, but the host was eager to have it fixed and make it right. We loved our stay!

Destination Wedding...

Our son was married this last weekend in Pismo Beach. As we are from the central valley, this was a destination wedding. We traveled with a LOT of "wedding supplies"! We wanted to avoid multiple hotel rooms, eating out every meal and this home was the PERFECT solution! We had family ages 9 months to 93 and everyone's needs were met, with plenty of space so we never felt crowded. The home was just as pictured, clean and in very good repair. It was close to the freeway and town. Joe met us and gave the tour and answered any questions. He was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this home for ANY groups looking for a comfortable, spacious get away. It is centrally located to everything in the Pismo Beach/San Luis Obisbo area.

Great family vacation

It was as advertised. Fully stocked, decorated nicely and a short drive to Grover, Pismo and Avila beaches. We really enjoyed our time there. It's described as "accessible" which is largely accurate. I was able to move around freely inside and outside the house in my wheelchair, which was really nice. The only downside was the master bathroom. I was unable to get into the shower and the using the toilet was problematic, as there were no rails to lift off of. It's important to note, though, that it was an issue only because I can neither stand nor walk. A person who isn't as limited as I wouldn't have a problem.
