It is our pleasure to welcome your furry friends. Please read below before booking:

- Pet fee $100
- Dogs ONLY (no cats)
- Our policy is two (2) dogs max with a weight limit of 80lbs per dog. Special approval needed for more than 2 dogs.
- Pets must be current on their vaccines and flea meds.
- Pets cannot be left unsupervised for long periods of time. Please crate when leaving the house or keep pets in the fenced in back yard.
- Guests MUST CLEAN UP ALL PET WASTE. Place all pet waste bags in the trash can outside. **If there is dog waste left in the yard, the guest will be charged an excessive cleaning fee.**
- Guests will be held accountable for their pet, and any DAMAGES to the property will be charged to the guest.
- ***Do NOT sneak in your pet without paying the pet fee. If you do NOT pay the pet fee before check-in and are caught with a pet on the premises, your lease will be terminated immediately WITHOUT a refund.
***Most be 30 years old or older to book***

**Please note that there is a security camera at the front door as well as a security camera at the back door.**

***Please be respectful of the neighbors - this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be aware of the speed limit.***

Do not mess with the wifi. The wifi ties into the front door as well as several appliances. If you unplug the wifi - you will not be able to use the front door.

No parties allowed.

There is no trash service. A trash can is provided at the side of the house. Please put all trash in bags in the trash can. The trash will be removed after check out. If trash is not is a bag - a service charge of $50 will be charged.
