Immaculately kept 2nd floor home one block from the beach. New flooring in all bedrooms foe 2025. 5 Beach Tags are included for your convenience. Close to 34th street park; mini golf, tennis courts, basketball courts, and playground. Two parking spaces behind the house and a full garage for storage of bikes, beach chairs, etc. Outside shower and clotheslines. Large deck off the dining area. Equipped with a washer and dryer, the kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. Portable Cot, Pack and Play, and High chair equipped. The home has cable TV and WiFi access. Upgraded A/C including a ductless AC unit for the main living space, hot water heater, window treatments in bedrooms, and bedding. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath, HDTV. The other main bedroom has a queen-size bed and HDTV. The 3rd & 4th bedrooms have a queen and a single bed and a Full and single bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the home has central air, washer and dryer, hairdryer. Open floor plan, dining, and living areas, with a large dining room table for 8. Gas Grill for your convenience

Amazing location to beach!

We had the best time staying at this home. Everything we needed was available. There was plenty of space to hang out. We had all the beach chairs, bikes, and umbrellas we needed. Our host were super easy to communicate with and we can’t wait to go back. We highly recommend this property for a fun getaway.

Outdoor shower was amazing as was the short walk to the beach. Kitchen had all the utensils you needed and the family room was comfortable. We had an awesome time being together! The house was perfect for all our kids and grandkids but you just have to watch the stairs.

Perfect location, great week with the family

Our family had a grear week at this beach house. It was perfect for our extended family amd 2 small children. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and it was a short walk to the beach. The garage with bikes and beach equipment was a bonus. We hope to stay here again next year!

Great Beach House! Close to everything!

My family and I had a great time at the beach house. It was in a great location just a block to the beach, park and restaurants. The house came fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Beth!

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was only half a block from the beach which was ideal. We didn't notice from the pictures or the description that it was a second floor condo so that created a little bit of a challenge. The kitchen was well equiped. The only thing we didn't feel comfortable using was the grill which had a build up of grease.

Wonderful beach house close to the beach

We had a great stay at this beach house. They had everything that was needed to have a great week. Garage was full of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and toys. Super clean and comfortable. Hosts were easily accessible and very helpful. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful house

We booked a two-day stay here at the last minute to be with family nearby for a memorial service. The owners quickly responded to our request and couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s a beautiful house in a great location, fully stocked kitchen and everything you could need. We hope to return for a real vacation!

Nice stay at Beach Block; Spacious 4BR in Ocean City

Modern, comfortable second-floor property with ample room for our party of eight. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the hosts were gracious enough to provide lots of condiments, soaps, cleaning materials and paper goods. Garage had lots of bikes and beach equipment, as well as a nice propane grill. Easy walk to beach. Would stay here again.

Clean and great location!

We were so grateful to find Jack’s place available on short notice when our original place to stay was cancelled at the last minute! He was very responsive and accommodating. The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there were even bikes and chairs available for use. It is a very short walk to the beach. Perfect for our group!

Great Golf Weekend with the guys

Spent an enjoyable 3 nights and the unit was in great shape with everything you needed. We had 8 guys and it was very comfortable and the living space and deck made for much fun and conversation. Location is perfect and Jack and Pam were great to deal with during the process. would do it again.

Great Beach House

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The house was perfect! Clean, bright, sunny. Super close to the beach. Also near tennis, basketball, grocery store. Nice deck. Open floor plan. Plenty of room for our whole family. Loved it!

Wonderful vacation

The place was very clean, it had really all that we could need for a week vacation. The kitchen is well equipped. It was spacious enough for my husband and I and our 5 kids. And really close to the beach and few restaurants. The owners were so quick to answer any questions or concern. We will definitely rent again in the futur.

This property was in the perfect location. So close to the beach and close enough to anything else we needed. The living room and kitchen were great hang- out places to play games and eat dinner together. We had a little one with us and the master had plenty of room for a pack & play. Plenty of extra beach chairs , etc if you need them. The bikes were a huge plus - so fun! Thank you for helping us have a great vacation!

We are a large close-knit family that loves to spend time together and travel. Collectively, we have been to Ireland, Scotland, England, Australia, Italy, Portugal, Canada, Mexico, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and Puerto Rico and hope to continue to see great places all over the world.

Why they chose this property

We were not regular travelers to Ocean City when we were younger, but when we started looking for a house we immediately fell in love with it. It has the perfect balance of activities, with the ability to get away from the regular grind and relax with each other and enjoy the beach, golfing, walking, biking, games, and of course a trip or 2 to the boardwalk.

We looked at homes all over the island, and for us, this was the perfect spot. We are close to all the necessities, yet we are located away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The beach is right across the street. This location allows us to routinely walk/bike into Somers Point or go the other way to explore the south end of the island.

The large open concept allows us to share the house with our very large extended family.
