Located only three homes from the beach and the bustling Boardwalk, this exquisite abode offers the perfect blend of modern sophistication and coastal charm, ensuring a vacation of unparalleled comfort and convenience.

Set in a prime location, this 1-bedroom NorthEnd home is part of an eight-unit condo complex, located on the second level. We offer an idea location, no need to carry your beach items, you are just steps from the Boardwalk/Ocean, just a 2-minute walk (or 10 second run). Carrying all those beach items will now be a distance memory and should you need to go back for that emergency, it is nice to know it is all doable.

Bedroom
The bedroom offers a king size bed (with a memory foam mattress) and adjoining Chair-bed that opens up to a twin bed. Ample closet space ensures that all your belongings are neatly organized, while the large windows provide a constant reminder of the beauty that lies just outside.

The bathroom has been transformed into a spa-like retreat, featuring luxurious fixtures and finishes. No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

Please note this is a no smoking property. No smoking anywhere on the premises.

The backyard is a shared space. Please be courteous and share the outdoor spaces.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.

The HVAC fan is situated just outside of this unit due to its design. It can occasionally be noisy when running. Please remember this when making your reservation.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Recycle items must be placed in the proper recycling cans. Paper, plastic, and glass can be commingled, plastic bags are not recyclable, garbage be put in the plastic bags, placed in the garbage can.
Leave all bed linens on the beds and unit must be in a broom-clean prior to departure, place beach passes and parking passes on kitchen table, lock doors behind you not to incur additional cost.
