Features include 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, office with futron, living room with wood stove, dining room and a full kitchen. The wrap-around deck include enclosed outdoor double-shower, BBQ, dining area and multiple decks with incredible ocean and bay views. And all just a 15 minute water taxi from dancing, dining, and shopping in Fire Island Pines.

Water Island is a warm, welcoming and diverse multi-generational community of only 50 homes. Neighbors gather each night at the dock for sunset cocktails and conversation.

No cars. Daily Sayville Ferry service available for you, your guests, and deliveries.

Available for monthly rentals Memorial Day through September: $15,000 Memorial day - June 30; $24,000 for July or August; $15,000 for September; $60,000 for full season.
