The location is great, in a nice neighborhood and just a short drive to main roads to get to shopping or to get around on LI. This house is squeaky clean and very comfortable our family of 9. The linens are in great condition and it is stocked with enough towels and washcloths for a large group. The beds were plentiful and very comfortable for everyone, our small grandchildren loved sleeping in the upstairs loft/office. There is ample seating in both the kitchen and dining room, and we enjoyed having such a well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. The plates, bowls, mugs, and flatware are in great condition and there was enough for our large family. We really liked having so many areas to relax. The living room was comfortable and everyone had a place to sit, but it was so nice to have the den on the same level to play games or read. The basement had another comfortable bedroom with a bathroom and shower. Our family loved the foosball table and hanging out down there. We stayed during a brutal heat dome, but the house was cool and comfortable despite the heat. Dawn quickly responded to our questions about the property both prior to our arrival and during our stay. Our family had a beach day and we could not find appropriate towels to use there. We asked Dawn, and beach towels were provided to us. Overall it was a great stay and a great property for our family.
