180 Degree Gulf View from the Balcony-You Won't Get Any Closer To The Water

You'll feel like a millionaire in this Luxury Direct Gulf Front condo. Spend your next vacation at the popular Holiday Villas II in the heart of Tampa Bay. Hear the ocean as you sleep while the sea breeze refreshes you. This 1150 sq ft unit has been updated to include a walk in shower, new Pergo flooring, and a maple kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen and 3 flat screen TVs (all with cable service) will make you feel right at home. You can surf from the private 32' balcony with free high speed WI-FI. Beautiful rataan furniture and a nautical theme enhance the unit. New refrigerator and stove were purchased in 2021. Renovation of a lovely walk in shower with rain head and body jets was completed in 2021 as well. A heated pool assures year round comfort. We ask for only a four night minimum May-December excluding holiday weeks and a seven night minimum during high season. Holiday weeks require a 7 night minimum. Take your vacation whenever you want ! I do not require a Sat/Sat stay.

A land line is also provided for safety in case mobile reception is not functioning. Free high speed Wi/Fi with 10Meg Speed.

What a wonderful unit and host. Well appointed two bedrooms that was very clean and maintained. Beautiful views of the beach and Gulf. Great location nearly in the middle of everything. Host reached out prior to arrival to answer any questions and was very responsive to those we did have when we were there. Definitely recommend and look forward to our next trip to the area.

My family and I stayed here and we can't say enough good about how nice of a place thus is. Well furnished, clean and beautiful condo. Views were beautiful of the Gulf, the sunsets, and the dolphins the visited daily.Highly recommend to others.My family has been coming to Holiday Villas II for nearly 30 years now, usually in March. We love it!

Excellent Vacation Rental

The condo was beautiful and spotless. I had possibly the best and most relaxing vacation I have ever had staying at this property.The view from the deck is amazing and just as good as you get from sitting on the beach which is just a few steps away.

Great view! The pool on the opposite side of the condo as the ocean really helped us avoid sunburn! We were able to hit the beach in the morning/afternoon, then the pool towards the evening and it stayed pretty cool. Loved that everything is passcode protected, even the pool area. Very nice. Also so much stuff there for the beach. Towels, boogie boards, tent canopy, chairs, etc. Very helpful!

Great condo for a beach vacation. Awesome location and great view from condo of beach and ocean. Wish pool was next to beach instead of next to road. Wish beds were firmer. Everything else was fantastic!

We had a great experience. The condo was just as described. We did have a little trouble with the codes, but we were able to figure it out without having to bother anyone. Gorgeous gulf view, convenient parking, and everything you could need in the condo. We would rent again!

Property was awsome! Very cute and listing was exactly what we got!! Balcony view was everything we hoped for. Watching the dolphins and the sunset made it even better. We had trouble with the key and Joyce was easy to contact and helpful to get us in.

March Getaway from PA

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joyce's condo. We were pleasantly surprised to see that both the condo and the overall complex had been updated/refreshed from the VRBO pics. It was our first time to Indian Shores and we picked a wonderful host and property to get the experience! Thanks Joyce for all your help and also to Leslie.... she was great! And so pleasant and helpful while we were there!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!

Life is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you will get until you open the door. Well, no disappointment here ! The condo has everything you could want and more. It was CLEAN and spacious and the view is unbelievable. If you want to cook, the kitchen had everything including a butter dish, grapefruit spoons, and a tropical cocktail recipe book to make use of the margarita glasses. The beds were comfortable and loved having 2 recliners. The pool was clean and a nice size. The only downfall is that pets are not allowed.

Great condo, great location.

Nice condo. Had everything we needed. Beautiful ocean view! Elevator was really slow but the stairs are close to the room, we ended up using them the whole time and it was no problem. Would stay here again!
