Beach Paradise w/Private Balcony & Pool--No Crossing The Street to Get to Beach
Check out this 2BR/2BA 2nd floor condo w/full balcony. Unit is ON THE BEACH--no crossing the street to get to the beach. Unit has 32 ft private balcony facing the intercoastal waterway w/spectacular views of sunrises. Building has one of the largest pools in the area w/more than 50 lounge chairs & tables w/umbrellas. Pool is heated to 86 degrees yr round. Many owners in the complex don't rent so complex usually isn't crowded. You could be the only one in the pool. What are you waiting for ??
This 1150 sq ft condo has 2BR/2BA, full size kitchen, living room, dining room, private 32 foot balcony with a water view of the intercoastal and the pool. Unit has 1 king, 1 queen & 1 full size and will sleep up to 6. Master bath has step in shower. Coin laundry rooms are on each floor of the 4 story building. Property is secured with codes to access elevator, pool, and beach gates. Outdoor showers at both north and south end of the building are convenient.
Unit has 1 assigned parking space. Pool is 60x40, heated and shared. Property does not have hot tub as they are not sanitary.
All linens are provided including beach towels. Beach chairs and beach gear is provided except for umbrellas. Umbrellas and cabanas can be rented directly in front of the building. High Chair & PackNplay can be provided for additional charge.

Vacation has always been important to me. I recognize people spend a lot of money for vacation, and I don't want them disappointed; I want them back. I get so many repeat guests who return time and time again that speaks volumes.
Why they chose this property
Indian Shores, FL is a small beach community with only about 1700 year round residents. It's midway between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Indian Shores would be less crowded than Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach, but close enough if you want to check out Clearwater or St. Pete they are only a few miles away.
What makes this property unique
By not utilizing a property management company and self managing, I have cut out the middleman and am able to offer guests better pricing. I stay more full and you save money. It's a win win.
