Easy access to the beach plus amenities such as- laundry access, pool, basketball court, tennis court, hot tub, and most importantly the ability to cook your own meals in the room. We stayed for a little over a week and the ability to cook our own breakfast, lunch or dinner saved us ALOT of money as opposed to eating for every meal.

Everything was ok as far as the place, I anticipated the rec floor not being open because of construction that was mentioned on the site. The only problem we had was getting a notification that water in our room was being shut from 9am-2pm. That’s a long time period to be without running water and we got the notification the night before. The only other thing was we were not allowed to make our room cooler than 71 degrees so it got very hot. Other than that everything was great. Check in/ check out was easy parking was pretty easy it would have been nice to have a security key for the doors but it wasn’t that bad

Great square-footage space with a versatile layout, including a closet Murphy bed that makes the unit flexible. Counter space is minimal but still functional, and the knife set was surprisingly good. There’s a nice side west view between the buildings toward the ocean. A larger cutting board and a clothes drying rack for the deck (especially after beach days) would be helpful additions.The fridge exterior was quite dirty and stained on arrival, and the carpets were extremely dirty and in need of a proper deep clean. The king bed is also well worn, with noticeable body grooves on the sides and a raised lump in the middle. We cleaned and whipped down the AC unit as it was full of black mold (see photo/video) with everyone waking daily congested coughing unwell from the unit running overnight. Thus rating for cleanliness. On arrival host was responsive and offered to modify or cancel our booking once we learned that the common outdoor areas (BBQ, picnic area, playground, and pool) were closed due to construction, but we chose to stay since the location was ideal.Overall, despite a few cleanliness and maintenance issues, I would consider staying at this accommodation again in the future.

Quiet, family friendly space with a comfy bed! The on site parking was much needed and appreciated! Ocean view was a delight to wake up to! Pool and hot tubs were clean and refreshing. There is a tennis court on sight, not marked for pickleball. The room was clean with plenty of towels for the week. We will be back!

Great location - walk to beach and restaurants. Also not far from Safeway. A little dated and worn but everything works and it was a good price. Washer and dryer on floor and it will cost 10 to wash/dry one load. Would stay here again. Appreciated having a kitchen to do meals.
