Lack of communication

So much potential with this one! The cabin was brand new and beautiful. So was the bathhouse. Property is on a busy road with cars and motorcycles zipping by until the late hours. Property manager did not send confirmation until 20 minutes after check in time, I was on the road and couldn’t respond and by the time I got there and realized there was no cell service. I could not access my app to write to request the Wi-Fi password… If there is one? Normally this would not be priority, however, I had planned to get some work done… normally this would not be priority, however, I had planned to get some work done. Anyway, comfy night sleep and fine for one night! (Oh, did I mention the 6 am hammering and yard sale?!?)

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize we didn't meet your expectations. Our guestbook, which contains our wifi access password, was inadvertently moved during the cleaning of the cottage before your stay. The traffic was abnormally high due to the annual flea market activity located down the road from our property and the yard sale guests we had from our local church. We do apologize for any inconvenience and we hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to exceed expectations.
