This lower level unit which is part of a duplex, has an impressive sun-room, hardwood floors throughout, all the kitchen essentials, loads of off street parking, and has in-unit laundry!
My Duplex is a shared space in which I live but your apartment will have separate locks and privacy.
Guests will access their own private apartment through the back door off the parking pad.
