Spring Valley Cottage

This house is a small quaint getaway for you and your loved ones to relax for a few nights and enjoy some peace and quiet. This completely remodeled space in 2021 is fully equipped with everything you need to cook full meals and take a hot shower. Located in Superior but only a few minutes from everything Duluth has to offer. Free wifi and off street parking. Please note we are positioned next to Highway 2 so you may hear cars during your stay.

Short stay for our family on Grandma’s Marathon weekend.

We made a last minute decision to come to Duluth to watch our son & his girlfriend run the Grandma’s Marathon, their first marathon! This place is so cute, super clean, and right across the street from Lake Superior. It was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. We decided to come up to the Duluth area to look at the fall colors and this was a great place to stay the night and get an early start on our trip up the north shore. The property was located near any stores or restaurants that we needed and had a very nice dinner at the Anchor Bar (great burgers). Taylor and Madison were very attentive to our needs and followed up with any questions almost immediately. The place was very clean and comfortable and had everything stocked that we needed. I will definitely book again if we decide to come back to this area in the future.

They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!
