What makes this property unique
Compared to many other properties in the Groveland area, this property has easy and convenient access to highway 120. This property is not in the Pine Mountain Lake HOA so no gates to enter and deal with extra traffic when coming and going to Yosemite. It offers a private home on 5 acres of land with beautiful views above the tree line.
