Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels and place in the washer and start washer please, Bedding please strip beds and lay all bedding on either of the beds on the main floor.
Dishes cleaned/put away or start dishwasher if rushed. Clean & turn off Blackstone and gas to Blackstone after each use. Ensure fire pit gas is turned off. Thanks
Throw trash away Dispose of all trash in outside bins on front corner of house (behind bushes). Trash (brown) & Recycling (green). Pets waste in Trash
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping inside the house. You may smoke outside. a $500 fine for smoking inside.
Please pick up after your pets in the yard.
No unregistered guests. (overnight)

Terrific stay! Plenty of room for the whole family and good sized fenced in back yard for the pup to run and do its business. House was very clean and had lights and cabinets labeled. Host kept communication throughout the stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!!

This is a great house and in a convenient location. We had everything we needed for our stay and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. The host is very responsive and helpful! We would stay here again.

This was the cleanest and most thoughtfully-stocked rental we’ve stayed in. Katie was responsive and accommodating, especially with decorating the home for our family Christmas. The hosts also made sure the driveway and sidewalks were cleared after the snowfall. We loved everything about our stay!

The house was beautiful & immaculate. Great amenities, more than i could have imagined. Fabulous movie & game rooms. The owner was also very very responsible when we couldn't enter via the secure entry Lock And even sent the neighbors over to help. Much appreciated! The only negative, and this is no reflection on the host, but the front yard was covered in dog feces. Shame on prior occupants for not picking up after their pets.

This was an excellent space for our needs. Everything was clean and anything we could possibly have needed was there and available. Appreciated all the labels on light switches and cabinets. We all really enjoyed the movie and game room. Host was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.
