Newly renovated loft in the heart of downtown Alexandria Bay! Easy access to boat tours, shopping, restaurants, and all that the 1000 Islands has to offer! Located right next to Rotary Park and only steps from the Riverwalk and public gazebo. And Scenic View Park and the public beach are just down the street. The loft has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a huge deck and outdoor table facing the river. There's even a record player and a collection of records to enjoy!

Everything newly remodeled, so everything new. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Even got to try out a record player like the old days.

The outside is in the process of being renovated, but inside was just newly renovated & comfortable. Loft 1 is situated by being tucked away in back away from the crowds & noise of Downtown Alexandria Bay & you can see the St. Lawrence river from the porch and if you walk just a little bit, you can sit on chairs by the river. The location was minutes away from Captain Thompson’s boat tours, restaurants & stores. No need to drive. Barbara NJ

Great Location, Quiet Area

We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!
