Just steps from the Antique Boat Museum, Woodboat Brewery, The Clayton Marina & the Clayton Playground! You`re also 5 minutes walking to plenty of shops, restaurants, and other things to do in Clayton. If exploring is your thing, you couldn`t pick a better location, as there`s also many state parks, winerys, golf courses and fishing spots within 10 min driving!

The house is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with an 80` TV, and 3 bedrooms with queen size beds. There`s also a clawfoot tub in the master bathroom for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The backyard is fully fenced in and has a grill and outdoor eating areas, so you can cook your own meals or grill out with your friends. And if you`re looking to get some exercise, there`s a touch screen Bow-Flex treadmill and a yoga mat in the house.

Wonderful week with friends. We were at a Antique Boat Museum function, so the location was perfect. Super clean house, comfortable beds and well laid out for our group. Liked the coffee bar and well appointed kitchen. Great stay all around.

We loved the decor, amenities and our dog really enjoyed the large fenced in yard. The neighborhood was so welcoming and we absolutely would stay here again! Clayton is a wonderful town with great dining and shopping

The property was very clean with a well maintained yard. The home was comfortable with many welcoming touches and well appointed. Our daughter”s wedding was at the boat museum and the property was across the street, couldn’t have been more convenient and the owners were wonderful to work with.

We loved our stay. The host was great and promptly replied to any questions or needs that we had. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with short walk to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Clayton. Would definitely book again in the future!

Many yrs ago I spent time in Alexandria bay and brought my grandchildren to the thousands island area to make fond memories for them. Words can't explain how disappointed I was with that area. Clayton was so beautiful and accommodating. This property was wonderful and very clean. When we return to Clayton we will stay here

Wonderful stay!

We had a great long weekend with our family that came in from out of town. Walking distance to restaurants and gift shops! Extremely comfortable beds and everything was very clean and as described! Allison was a grwat host amd communicator!

Great location, walkable to downtown Clayton and nice view from the upper floor. The house is spacious and the 5 of us had room to spread out. Beds were super comfortable and ample bedding and linens provided. The kitchen is spacious and has everything needed to prepare and eat meals. It was humid and hot during our stay so we were grateful that there were several different window AC units that did a great job. All the bedrooms are on the second floor, and the stairs are old style- narrow and steep- so anyone with mobility issues would be sleeping on the couches in the living room. One of our party did this and reported they were comfortable- extra bedding was set out by one of the couches which was appreciated.

We’ll be back!

From the location to the house itself, it was perfect for a long weekend with family and friends! We loved the fenced in yard for yard games and to let the toddlers wander. You can even view the river! We loved that there was space for everyone without being crowded (we do wish the twin bed was a full/queen but that didn’t stop us - as they kindly provided a comfy air mattress). Overall it was super clean, full of everything you need and great communication with the host! We will be back again!

Amazing Property!

The Waterview House w/Fenced Yard, Woodboat, & Museum property is everything that you could ask for! The home is exactly what is posted in the listing! The photographs accurately depict the entire house. Everything you could possibly need is available in the house. This is by far the best and cleanest rental we have rented! The location is perfect, it is within walking distance to the town of Clayton which is awesome for dining or shopping. The property managers quickly respond to any questions you may have. We will definitely be back!

This place was an amazing house to stay in... walking distance to bars and restaurants and the boat ramp to go fishing. If your staying at this place you must go to the WOOD BOAT BREWERY and get your self some PIZZA as they are the best around. The yard was amazing and fenced in for that added security feel. he kitchen was bog and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were big and there were TVs for everyone to watch at night. I would absolutely stay at this place again and will be looking at it again for next year when we return. Oh and if you have kids the playground is about a 3 minute walk down the road. Plenty of working air conditioners too for when it gets hot out!!!!!

Unexpected Modern Beautiful Home

What a surprise it was to enter this beautiful home to see all the modern amenities and tech savvy features. It also had a coziness to it that you wanted to grab a cup of coffee (which they have at least 4 different makers) or a glass of wine (wine cooler and real stemware available to use) and browse through the hundreds of books displayed, artwork and decor. The owners honestly have thought of everything and didn’t spare any expense with the bedding, towels, furniture, high end kitchen appliances, WiFi, office with desk and a fully fenced in yard with plenty of parking. We had two large trucks and a bass boat securely parked. The home’s cleanliness was immaculate. One of the best features is the walkable restaurants, the Antique Boat Museum and boat ramp at the marina. We loved the fishing and can’t wait to visit Clayton again to stay at this home.

Amazing home for family

It was an amazing experience for all of our family. We are a family of 4 with young kids. And our family from New York City met at this point. The house surprised us with all technologies. All around the house and specially kitchen. We played video games, listened music watched movies. Our mom cooked for us our favourite meals, as we missed them. Also, there are a lot of different restaurants around that you can enjoy, just 10 min walking away from the house. Same with the river walk, just 10 min away. Very beautiful and nice neighbourhood. 10 min away there is an amazing beach in the Cedar Point park. Also, we enjoyed a boat tour which also was 10 min driving away. I’m sure we will come to this place back and recommend it to all our friends. Many thanks to the owner and the host of the property, who thought about everything that we may need.
