We’re so excited to host you at Ivy Grove! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review and follow these house rules:

1. No Parties or Events
While we welcome small celebrations, large parties or unauthorized events are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

2. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours—especially in outdoor areas and shared entertainment spaces.

3. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Designated outdoor areas are available—please dispose of cigarette waste properly.

4. Pool & Sauna Use

Use at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.

Children must be supervised at all times.

No glass near the pool.

Sauna use is not recommended for children under 12 or individuals with certain health conditions without medical clearance.

**5. Pet-Friendly!
We welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval and an additional pet fee.

Maximum of 2 pets per stay

Please clean up after your pet (indoor & outdoor)

Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning

6. Respect the Property
Please treat our home with care. Report any accidental damage so we can resolve it quickly. Help us keep Ivy Grove beautiful for all future guests!

7. Check-In / Check-Out

Let us know in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out—subject to availability.

8. No Unregistered Guests
Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Day visitors must be approved in advance.

9. Fireplace & Fire Safety
Both indoor and outdoor fireplaces are for ambiance and light use only. Never leave a fire unattended and follow all fire safety guidelines.

10. Game & Speakeasy Rooms
Enjoy these fun spaces! Please be respectful—return items after use and clean up food or drinks afterward.
