The Space:

Soft coastal air drifts in as you step outside with your morning coffee, the gentle sound of waves carrying in from the waterfront. Light filters across your private patio or balcony, creating an easy start to the day before you head toward the beach or spend time by the outdoor pool. As evening settles, the quiet of the single level home offers a calming place to unwind after exploring the shoreline of Cruz de Huanacaxtle.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, offering flexibility for families or groups. Bed linens and cotton linens are provided, and a closet offers simple clothing storage to help you settle in. With no stairs in the home, the layout supports comfort and ease of movement throughout your stay.



Kitchen and dining

A kitchen gives you the option to prepare meals at your own pace, supported by a refrigerator, microwave, Otro gas stove, blender, and the essentials needed for everyday cooking. The dining table creates a natural gathering place for relaxed breakfasts or unhurried dinners after returning from the water.



Outdoor living

Life naturally extends outdoors with a private patio or balcony furnished for sitting or dining outside. The waterfront setting places you close to a body of water, and beach access keeps the shoreline within reach whenever you feel like stepping out for a walk or settling by the sand. The outdoor pool offers another place to enjoy the warm coastal climate. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area give you additional options for spending time outside throughout the day.



Work and extended stays

Wifi and a dedicated workspace located in a room with a door make it possible to balance downtime with productivity when needed. Long term stays are allowed, and self check-in via lockbox offers flexibility on arrival. A free washer in unit supports both short and extended visits.



Building and access

A private entrance provides direct access to the home, and the building includes an elevator sized for comfortable movement to and from the unit. Free parking garage on premises is available throughout your stay.

Set along the Riviera Nayarit, Cruz de Huanacaxtle offers a warm, humid-tropical climate and a calm coastal environment. The area is known for its beaches, steady shoreline breezes, and relaxed atmosphere, creating a setting suited for unhurried days outdoors. Resort access adds another layer of options for spending time near the water or exploring nearby facilities as you choose.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter of access.



Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Nayarit Riviera. It comprises some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, it is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.

In order to make your stay a 5 star stay, you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20* dlls extra per person per night.

-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that your stay will include when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
