The open living area is anchored by generous natural light and a TV with comfortable seating, making it as suited to a quiet evening in as it is to a lively group night. Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 beds. Each room includes a closet and hangers for clothing storage, keeping things organized whether you're in for a long weekend or an extended stay. Clean linens are provided throughout.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a morning coffee to a full group dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, wine glasses, and a dining table, along with dishes and silverware for everyday use. The property arrives clean and ready, stocked with towels, linens, appliances, and basic kitchen utensils. An operational and customer service team is available throughout your stay, ready to assist whenever needed.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



Reminder: This accommodation does not have a parking space. We recommend that you keep this in mind when planning your arrival.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Important note: This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The space is naturally ventilated thanks to the local climate. Please keep this in mind before confirming your reservation to ensure it meets your needs.



*Pool reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. (On Mondays, the pool is closed for maintenance)

We would like to inform you that Plaza Pabellón, where our condominium is located, is currently undergoing a remodeling process. Although these works do not directly affect the condominium facilities, we remind you that the entire plaza is under construction, we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 6* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 25* dlls extra per person per night.
