This entire 10th-floor condo accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms with 8 beds and 5 baths. Each bedroom includes room-darkening shades, cotton linens, and clothing storage - closet space to help you settle in comfortably. Bathroom essentials are provided, and a bathtub offers a place to unwind after a day by the water. A paid crib is available for those traveling with little ones.

The kitchen provides a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, blender, coffee maker - drip coffee maker, and dining table for gathering together. Barbecue utensils are provided, and a grill can be reserved in advance. Whether preparing a full dinner or a simple breakfast before the beach, everything you need is within reach.
Comfort & convenience
Central air conditioning, AC - split type ductless system, and ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round. Wifi and a TV support both relaxation and remote tasks, while a free washer - in unit and free dryer - in unit make longer stays easy. The building includes an elevator with generous dimensions, free parking garage on premises for one vehicle, and a private entrance. Self check-in is supported, and building staff are available 24 hours a day to let guests in. Long term stays allowed - 28 days or more.

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.
However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.
In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.
-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.
-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.
-The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.
