My experience was very disappointing and stressful. The access code provided by the host was incorrect, so I was unable to enter the property I had booked. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my travel plans.Thankfully, VRBO arranged a hotel for me for one night, which I appreciated. However, I was very disappointed that I did not receive a full refund for the night I could not access or use the property. I do not believe I should have to bear the financial consequences of a check-in problem that was beyond my control and resulted from incorrect access information provided by the host.Although I appreciate VRBO's assistance in arranging alternative accommodation, the overall experience was stressful, inconvenient, and financially disappointing. Guests should be able to rely on accurate check-in instructions and expect a fair resolution when they cannot access a property through no fault of their own.I hope the host improves their check-in procedures and takes greater responsibility for ensuring guests can access the property as promised. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations, and I would encourage future guests to confirm their check-in arrangements in advance.

Apartment was in a good location for us, easy to get on the 163 to go north, apartment has a lot of nice amenities that made our stay better, good supply of appliances, utensils, and dishware. Hunter was easy to communicate with as soon as we got there. Locked gates/doors made us feel safe. Apartment was in a multi building but neighbors were quiet. Beds were comfortable and we liked the multi chargers in each room. TV is huge to watch our shows and washer/drier in the apartment was a bonus. Fun size refrigerator was good. We would stay here again. Only recommendation would be to have a grab bar in the shower/bath tub to feel safer stepping in and out.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and just what we needed as a family of 4. The property’s location worked out well to sight-seeing in the area. Everything we wanted to do was a short drive away. The unit had many thoughtful extras, such as kitchen supplies and small toiletries. Hunter effectively communicated with us throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was easy to get to everywhere around San Diego and we could walk to restaurants and some shops. Parking was great and check out process was super simple which is nice.
