The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn down the temperature to 76 before leaving to conserve.
Make sure all trash is contained in a bag and take out to bin. No loose trash please. All trash has to be bagged.
The house will be cleaned after you leave, but please leave it tiby as when you came in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All food needs to be put in the trash. There is no garbage disposal. Please do all dishes and put away.
Do not use the outside trash bin, leave inside and the maid will come take trash out. You are able to leave bed unmade so we know it was slept in.
Parking in driveway next to the house or gravel in front of the house. Do not back up on the neighbors grass. Take it slow n' easy going down the hill
