The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The Property should be left in broom-clean condition, substantially similar to the condition upon arrival.
Lights & ceiling fans should be turned off.
Doors/Windows should be closed and locked.
Food and all trash should be collected and placed in trash cans.
All kitchen items should be washed and placed in kitchen cabinets or left in a clean dishwasher.
Soiled towels should be collected and placed in the laundry room.
Failure to comply with the provisions of this Agreement shall result in an additional cleaning charge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rental Agreement needs to be signed and returned with in 7 days of making the reservation
No shoes or boots allowed past the stairs
