The space is a single room apartment on the 25th floor of the Caribbean Sea View Apartment building. Complete with a single bathroom, a small kitchen and an amazing view of San Juan. The building is complete with an elevator and entrance that both require security access.
The set of keys found in the lockbox will give you access to enter the building and use the elevator as well as open the apartment. You must use the keys to operate the elevator to the 25th floor. Please refer to the check-in instructions tab or the video sent to you via messages to find out how to access the keys.
Check-out: Check-out is at, or before, 11:00 a.m. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, close the windows and lock the doors and return the keys. Guests will be responsible for paying for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/parties in the house: Guests agree that the facilities will not be occupied by more people than the number specified in the reservation. If this rule is broken, you will be required to vacate the property immediately without any refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving a smell of cigarette or cannabis smoke inside the property will incur a $50 penalty charge.
Bed linens/towels: Sheets and bath towels are provided. Bath towels must not be removed from the property. Please do not eat on the bed, and avoid sitting on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash can instead. Unclogging a blocked toilet will incur an additional charge.
Damage: Guests are responsible for paying for any damage to the property.
Power Outages: If the guest experiences power outages during their stay that are beyond our control, no refund will be provided. Similarly, if Wi-Fi service is interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control.
