Everything went very smooth. Able to check in a bit early and the pool/hot tub was pre-heated per our request. House was very clean and outdoor area very nice for relaxing.

This is a beautiful property. I was impressed that, as part of the checkout process, they asked for feedback on what could be better. Highly responsive host and gorgeous home. Beds were also comfy, which is always a plus!

The host is awesome and very responsive. The house is very beautiful. I promise you can’t go wrong by staying here. The views are incredible, the house felt like our home away from. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in PHX!!

This was a great property for our family with grandkids with four bedrooms. The master suite is on the second floor with a nice sized balcony that had a great view of the mountains. The pool and hot tub area with putting green was great. The open layout for the living room, dining, and kitchen worked well. The location in Fountain Hills was very good in a quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had was with TV service and had to use our personal YouTubeTV service.
