This newly renovated, relaxing condo features beautiful views of Sandusky Bay and Cedar Point, modern organic decor and fantastic Downtown Sandusky location. Walk to numerous dining destinations, local attractions and recreational activities for the whole family. Cedar Point, Kalahari, Sports Force are a few miles away. We are local hosts, available for recommendations and any questions you may have before, during and after your stay. We hope you enjoy this incredible getaway as much as we do!

**This unit is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitor. The device is unobtrusive and does not record / store any personal data or voice recordings at anytime.**

**The property observes Quiet Hours every day between 10 pm and 7 am. We appreciate your cooperation**

**TV's are smart-enabled – No cable or streaming subscriptions included. You're welcome to log in with your own accounts. Please let us know if you have any questions!**

**Outdoor pool & hot tub are seasonal - Typically Memorial Day - Labor Day, but could vary depending on temperatures. Please inquire with any questions. **

**Periodically, this building undergoes maintenance that may impact the view and noise in this unit. Please inquire if you have any questions.**

**Shared laundry facilities are located inside building for a fee.**

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the unit or on the balcony at anytime.**

**No confetti or glitter is allowed in this unit. You will be charged $100 in additional cleaning fees if glitter or confetti is found.**

**We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do adhere to our cancellation policy.**

Check out instructions are as follows:

-Condo keys, (2) car passes, and black key fob all can be left inside the condo where they are visible.

-All bedding and sheets can remain on the bed. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor.

-Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. If the dishwasher pods provided are Finish brand, please do not unwrap them prior to placing them in the dishwasher.

-When you depart the unit, please remove one of the condo keys from the key ring. Leave the rest of the keys and parking passes inside the unit. Use the single key you removed from the ring to lock the door from the hallway, then slide the single key under the locked door.

Great Weekend

We stayed their property over July 4th weekend as we were in Sandusky for a baseball tournament. Their property is flawless! It has plenty of space and is laid out perfectly. It was everything we hoped for and more. Their communication with us was perfect as well. We will stay there again next time we are in town!

Let me start by saying that the host, David was super responsive and always available! The instructions for entering and exiting the condo were well thought out and helpful. The condo facility was very peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to stay with your family and feel like home. The condo itself was fully equipped, and even had a floor fan in each bedroom!! The mattresses were very comfortable. The extra tall ceilings create anamazing environment that is both industrial and cozy. The condo has huge windows that give you a great view of the lake and Cedar point. We would definitely stay here again if it’s available when we come back to the area!

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Sports Force Park and found this to be a great option. Perfect option for a family who wants to spread out more than a hotel, allowing everyone to have their own bed and having a kitchen is a big plus. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the extra little touches with the coffee and water, games and fans in each room. We loved the beautiful view of the water and Cedar Point, the close proximity to Cedar Point and Sports Force Park and ability to walk to multiple restaurants downtown. The hosts communicated every detail thoroughly, left no question unanswered. They literally thought of everything including recommendations for dining. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Sandusky is experiencing immense progress and revitalization. Our location is right in the heart of downtown Sandusky including next to the recently redeveloped Jackson Street Pier!! There is plenty to experience and we assure you, the end product will be a destination you want to experience again and again.

What makes this property unique

The Chesapeake Lofts is a recycled building, meaning it was home to a paper factory prior to being renovated into condominiums. In fact, this building was home to the company that invented corrugated cardboard boxes. The unique features of this historic building are sure to wow you. The location is walkable to any downtown Sandusky destination, including the Jet Express ferry to the Lake Erie Islands. This gated property has a communal pool and hot tub and fitness center for guest use. It is the premiere location for the vast array of recreational activities, gourmet food spots and relaxation in the area.
