Enjoy outdoor cooking with the grill and unwind with 3 Smart Fire TVs for your streaming needs—Netflix login included for your stay. For extra fun, take advantage of the karaoke machine and scooters available during your visit. Long-term guests (60 days+) will be required to sign a lease
Disturbances to neighbors (i.e. shouting, loud music and other noises) will not be tolerated and may result in a booking cancellation
Maintenance personnel may service the unit from time to time to include general maintenance, housekeeping, & pest control. We may not be able to inform you when the maintenance personnel will arrive.

Item return fee is $25 + cost of shipping done

Flexible Check-in and Check-out Option:

Early Check-In:
Between 1 pm and standard check-in time: $25 per hour.
Before 1 pm: Pay the previous night’s rate.

Late Check-Out:
Between standard check-out time and 12 pm: $25 per hour.
At 1 pm or later: Pay the next day’s rate.

Please note, early check-in and late check-out at the hourly rate ($25 per hour) aren't guaranteed, as they depend on the cleaner finishing early or the place being vacant the next day. To guarantee early check-in or late check-out, you’ll need to pay the previous or next night’s rate.
